Acceptable Use Policy

This policy keeps Sula safe and legal for everyone. It applies to everything you generate, upload, or do with the Service, including via the API. Breaking it can lead to content removal, suspension, or termination without refund, and reporting to authorities where required.

Do not use Sula to create or distribute:

• Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal acts.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors, zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting real people without their consent.
• Deceptive deepfakes, realistic depictions of real, identifiable people (or their voice) without consent, especially to mislead, defraud, defame, or impersonate. This includes fake endorsements and fake statements by real individuals.
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive advertising, including false product claims, fake reviews/testimonials, or ads for prohibited or unsafe products.
• Hate, harassment, or violence, content that attacks or dehumanises people based on protected characteristics, or that threatens, bullies, or incites harm.
• Misinformation that could cause real-world harm (e.g. false health, safety, or civic/election claims).
• Malware, phishing, or spam, or content designed to compromise security or systems.
• Infringing content, material that violates someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the rights to any material you upload as input.
• Where the law requires it, clearly disclose that content is AI-generated.
• Advertising you make must be truthful and comply with the advertising rules of your market.
• Don't try to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or usage controls.

Enforcement & reporting

We use provider safety filters and may review activity to enforce this policy. We can remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations. To report abuse, contact sulahq@gmail.com.
