These Terms govern your use of Sula ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and to hold any payment method you use (typically 18+). You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and API keys secret. Tell us immediately if a key is exposed.
Sula generates images and video using third-party AI models. Output is produced by machine learning and may be inaccurate, generic, or not what you intended. We don't guarantee any particular result, and model availability can change.
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking it can result in removed content, suspension, or termination without refund.
You're responsible for the prompts and any material you upload, and for confirming you have the rights to use them. As between you and us, you own the outputs you generate, subject to the licences of the underlying models and to these Terms. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. to process, store, and deliver your generations to you). You must not use the Service, your prompts, or your outputs in any way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone else's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and personality rights. That applies to what you upload and to what you do with what you generate.
The Service relies on third-party providers (AI model hosts and a payment processor). Your generations are processed by those providers under their terms. We're not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that output is accurate, lawful for your use, or fit for any purpose. Because of how these models work, output is not guaranteed to be unique: the same or a similar result may be generated for other people. We also can't promise that any output is original or free of other people's rights, and we don't guarantee you any intellectual property rights in it. Checking that an output is safe to use for your purpose is your responsibility, and that matters most if you are publishing it or using it commercially.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sula is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
If someone brings a claim against us because of what you did with the Service, you agree to cover us for it. That means defending us and paying the losses, damages, and reasonable legal costs that come from your use of the Service, your prompts and uploads, what you do with your outputs, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your infringement of anyone else's rights. We'll tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control the defence, and we won't settle it without asking you first. The same applies to claims brought against the model providers we rely on, because our agreements with them require us to pass this on.
You can stop using the Service any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the update.
